We are looking to hire experienced full-time foreman carpenters with knowledge of various rough framing and finish carpentry techniques.

A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication, organizational skills, and strong supervisory skills while leading as many as 5 crew members on large projects. In addition, they should have experience in residential and commercial work, new home construction, remodeling, additions, and repairs.  

Preferred knowledge of construction practices related to all carpentry, rough framing, exterior trim work, exterior window and doors, siding, interior finish carpentry, cabinetry, and related disciplines and at least seven years of experience are required. 

Applicants will be required to have knowledge and experience in installation of; rafters, stair stringers, crown molding, cabinetry, and built-ins. Blueprint reading required.  

Benefits included after 90 days are; No nights, holidays, or weekend work. Overtime option available if desired, but never required. No travel outside of 30 miles from the office.
